Daniel Miller, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Miller currently serves as Medical Director for the Cincinnati Eye Institute, where he has been a partner since 2006. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his M.D. and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. A member of the Ohio State Medical Association, American Society of Retina Specialists and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Alumni Society, he received the 2014 Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Clyde has served as the CEO of Northmark since its founding in 2014. He has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which includes 15 years at the Cincinnati Eye Institute (the last 11 years as CEO) as well as overseeing the managed care services for a Cincinnati health system. Previously, Clyde was corporate controller and hospital CFO for a large southern California health system and also managed physician and hospital capitation with multiple physician networks.
Ron offers extensive experience in healthcare related information technology, serving as vice president at the Cincinnati Eye Institute for the past 10 years. Prior to that, he served as manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers digital healthcare division. Ron’s experience also includes 15 years in healthcare technology and revenue cycles.
Vice President, Human Resources/Payer Contracting
Karen, vice president of human resources and managed care at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI), has led the organization in achieving regional recognitions such as the Best Place to Work, Top Workplace and Healthiest Employers. Her 32 years of health care experience includes compensation and benefits management roles for Mercy (formerly HealthSpan) and Franciscan health systems.
Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Expertise: healthcare finance. As a CPA with 27 years’ experience in health care finance, Rod is controller at Cincinnati Eye Institute.
Director, Patient Accounts
Dianna is the Director of Patient of Accounts and is responsible for all billing personnel as well as overseeing the accounts receivable for the physicians. She ensures compliance with Medicare and third party payer’s procedures and protocols and keeps physicians and medical personnel updated on these matters. She has 25 years’ experience.
